The best days of my life were definitely the ones spent at ASB, and I was truly sad to leave college. But as life moves on, we all found our jobs, some got married, and thanks to emails and mobile phones, we still keep in touch. Weddings, though, are the perfect occasion to reconnect with old friends, relax, and chat like there's no end. :)
I noticed the guys remembered so many things from college, and of course, they couldn’t resist making fun of people they thought were weird, joking about each other, and the usual banter. At one point, all I could say was, "Whoever said that men don't gossip clearly never heard a group of men talk!" :) The guys got defensive, and from there, the fun really started—girls against guys, and the debate went on forever.
What I don’t understand is why women are often labeled as gossips when men do the same thing. I believe people, regardless of gender, enjoy gossiping. And gossip isn’t necessarily a bad thing, as long as it doesn’t hurt anyone’s feelings. Sometimes, gossip even gives you information you might not have otherwise gotten. On a positive note, gossiping can be seen as a way of networking! :)

It is my solemn duty to inform you that while we men pontificate, discuss, confabulate, analyse, mull, whisper and ponder about various subjects under the sun, we never ever, even remotely, engage in that frivolous pastime called gossiping.

The gossiping post was quite interesting. I do agree that men gossip too -
However I beg to differ on your observations of “gossip not being a negative thing”.
By definition, gossips are Rumor or facts of a personal, sensational, or intimate nature.
And more often then less the attributes of a good gossip are – “facts candy wrapped with rumors”:
Thus, I fail to understand how any gossip would go without hurting the sentiments of others.

Hey Brasto ...I am not entirely in support of gossiping but c,mon dont we all love to be part of the grape vine...But yes its a highly neagtive thing rather than positive but I think some gossips do help us get information that we wouldnt get from formal communication channel ...Think about it..:)...and read the artcles I have attched to the post ...:)...
